Frank was born in New Mexico. He was in the Army for 20 years, came out as a Sergeant First Class. During WWII he was a tail gunner on a B24. He was wounded and received the Purple Heart. He married Kay Thurman in April 1979. They lived in Pico Rivera, Ca. for many years but the last couple of years he was in La Verne, Ca., where he passed away.
