CALDWELL — Services for Barry Max Cummins, 71, of Caldwell are set for 10 a.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Caldwell.
The Rev. Steve Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell.
Mr. Cummins died Friday in Veterans Medical Center in Temple.
He was born in Muskegon, Mich., and was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a retired machinist for Machine Works, Inc. of Bryan. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of VFW Post 4458.
Survivors include his wife, Lillie Winkler Cummins of Caldwell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Roxie Cummins and Larry and Toni Cummins, all of Caldwell; a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Craig Ayers of Caldwell; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Theresa Cummins of Gravois Mills, Mo., Frank and Patricia Cummins and Clarence and Ann Cummins, all of Pocahontas, Ark.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Maxine Fuller of Hitchcock, Texas, and Dorothy and Gerald Thomas of Coupland, Texas; and eight grandchildren.
