During one year, she attended seven different schools and she learned to make friends quickly. Moving never hampered her desire to receive an education and she was always at the top of her class. Active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many church callings in the Primary and Relief Society in the Provo 2nd Ward. Maxine was always willing and ready to open her heart and home to anyone who needed a helping hand. She cared for many of her elderly relatives and neighbors. She also cherished her pioneer heritage and for many years was a member and officer of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Organization. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 2, 2010, at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center, Provo, Utah.
