Malcomb C. Boston died at the Blair hospital Monday morning after an illness of about seven month duration. He was in an Omaha hospital for some time and later was brought here for there seemed to be no help for his condition. The funeral was held at the Methodist church at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Rev. W. H. Underwood officiating, assisted by Rev. J. W. Johnson, the local pastor. Malcomb was born at Desoto October 28th1868 and had spent his entire life in this County. When he was a small boy his father took the homestead southwest of that he owned at the time of his death. He was married to Miss Annette Case July 12th 1904 and four children were born to them, one son died two years ago last March. Helen age 16, Donald, 8 and Francis, 6 with their mother survive him. Also a brother, A. A. Boston, of Grand Junction, IA., and a one sister, Mrs. Mike Thompson of this county. Mr. Boston was a member of Trapbois Camp Modern Woodmen of America and the burial service was under the auspices of this lodge. The bereaved family has sincere sympathy of many friends.
