Norma Seiner, 85, of Moberly, passed away Thursday September 15, 2011, at Benchmark Health Care of Loma Linda. Norma was born August 30, 1926, in Midvale, UT, to Jennie Mae and John Ray Jones. She married Charles Benton Seiner December 7, 1947 in Elko, NV. Four children were born to this union, Randy, Linda, Ronald and Roger. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; her parents; a son, Roger; brothers, Evan and Darreld Shirts; and a sister, Phyllis Stephenson. She is survived by her sons, Randy and Linda Seiner of Leawood, KS, Ronald Seiner of Clinton; and daughter, Linda Elliott of Moberly; grandchildren, Melinda, Melissa and Charlotte Elliott of Moberly, Amanda Seiner, Warrensburg, MO, Kim and Will Clopton, Champaign, IL, Matt and Michelle Schindler, Pahoa, HI. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Avery, Carley, Pearson, Graham, Asher, Braedon, Cira, Madison and Emma; her brother, Jack and Joan Jones; sisters-in-law, Joan Wilson and Dorothy Butler; brother-in-law, Bob and Darlene Seiner; and many nieces and nephews.
Norma was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Moberly. Services will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with visitation at 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment to follow at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, MO, on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 1:00 p.m.
Norma was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Moberly. Services will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with visitation at 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment to follow at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, MO, on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 1:00 p.m.
