William Kipling Leonard, husband of Marjorie(Hunt)Leonard, died this morning at his home, 27 Scarff Ave, after an illness of several months.
He was born in Hinesburg, March 23, 1899, the son of Charles Allen and Elfa (Mead) Leonard.
He was known as "Kip" to his many friends. Mr. Leonard had been associated with Arthur Amblo as a barber in the Amblow Barber Shop since 1939.
Previously, he was associated with Ethan Howard for six years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Charles and a daughter Nancy Anne, both of Burlington also by several cousins.
