Birth: Jul. 26, 1927
Death: Jul. 1, 2003

Major League Baseball Player. Played Major League baseball for four seasons (1952 to 1955) with the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles. He debuted in 1952, making 13 starts, and 7 relief appearances, ending up with a 4 Wins and 6 Loss season (however, two of his wins were complete game shut outs). Despite his contributions, he was left off the Yankees post-season roster, and he did not participate in New York's World Series victory over the Brooklyn Dodgers. He would pitch in 13 games for the Yankees in 1953 and 2 Games in 1954, and was then dealt to the Orioles. His stay there was brief as well, pitching in only 5 games because his career was over. His totals for his career were 6 Wins, 9 Losses, 41 Games Pitched, 72 Strikeouts, and a career 4.24 ERA. (bio by: Russ Dodge)
