Jackson George Cook, Blairs Ferry road NE, a lifelong resident of Cedar Rapids, died Friday. He was born in Cedar Rapids Oct. 20, 1889. Surviving are a son, Jack G. Cook, Jr., a daughter, Mrs. Caywood, and his mother, Mrs. Mary J. Cook, all of Cedar Rapids, a sister, Mrs. Clarence Kissling of Marion, and 2 brothers, Robert D. of Central City, and Nelson H. of Hiawatha.

Services: Turner's at 1:30 Monday by the Rev. Mary White of Bethany Congregational church. Burial: Shiloh cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
