Services for Truman P. Robertson, 84, of Breckenridge were officiated by Rev. Ted Heers, rector of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. S.P. "Buck" Robertson, pioneer Stephens County residents. Mr. Robertson attended school in Crystal Falls, Simmons College [now Hardin-Simmons University] in Abilene, Draughn's Business College, and Tyler Junior College in Tyler. He was a certified public accountant and was employed by Breckenridge First National Bank for about one year when the bank first occupied the building which is now the home of the Swenson Memorial Museum of Stephens County. Following that year, he became involved in the ranching business and had extensive holdings in several adjoining counties with headquarters in Crystal Falls.

He married Polly Williams on 14 August 1932 in Carlsbad, NM. They moved to Breckenridge in 1960.

Mr. Robertson was a Baptist and held membership in the Crystal Falls Baptist Church, which his parents helped build. He was a member of the West Texas Cattle Raisers Association. He served as chairman of the West Texas Rehabilitation Center's annual livestock sale for crippled children for a number of years.
