Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Brown Chapel of the Fountains in Borger with burial at 4 p.m. in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Pigg was born March 28, 1936, in Hedley to Sam and Cassie Bell Owens. She was one of eight brothers and sisters. She married Ronald Pigg on Aug. 26, 2000, in Amarillo. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bobby Hamilton; and a brother, Sam Owens Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald of Fritch; two daughters, Vickie Henry and husband Mike of Bossier City, La., and Kathy Hendrix and husband David of Cedar Falls, Iowa; a son Steve Hamilton and partner David Carter of Amarillo; four brothers, Jimmie Owens and wife Peggy of Amarillo, Merle Owens and wife Betty of Goodnight, Berle Owens and wife Linda of Amarillo and Doug Owens and wife Kay of Amarillo; two sisters, Faye Naylor of Clarendon and Ginger Gafford of Amarillo; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday in Brown Chapel of the Fountains in Borger.
The family will be staying at 3700 Lenwood Drive and 6702 Bayswater Road in Amarillo.
