Beverly is survived by her husband of 33 years, Mervyn "Jim" Brillhart, of Marietta, Georgia; a son, Christopher Henderson of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter and son-in-law, Tami and Chris Cook of Ventura; and a son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Shannon Brillhart of Ventura. She also leaves behind her prized grandchildren, Sara and Tyler Cook. Beverly always had time to "adopt" others. There are many who considered her their mom. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents James and Franchelle Edsberg of Watsonville, California. She will be dearly missed by her siblings, Joyce Upson of Brookings, Oregon; James Edsberg Jr., Clara Kralj, and John Edsberg, all of Watsonville. Her loving family, and many friends, will miss her. Beverly was a very artistic person. She worked as an interior decorator prior to starting a family. After raising her children, she returned to the decorating business. Most recently, she enjoyed working in the jewelry industry. She was an accomplished ceramist and a gifted seamstress who loved to quilt. She leaves behind a legacy of quilts made with loving attention to detail.
