It was three weeks ago today when the Death Angel visited the home of Mrs. M. J. Sult and took Mr. Steven Sult home to dwell with all the Saints in Glory forever more. And how sad it was for not only to the family but to the entire community when we learned that one of the best men that we have ever known has passed away so suddenly and it makes us sad to think that we cannot see him at church in his regular place anymore and we feel like one of Mt. Ephraim's brightest lights had gone out that his vacant seat can never be filled. We are thankful that such as good man has lived in our community. He has been so much help in our church in every way that we feel lost without him. He was a true friend indeed to his pastors and was so liberal in the church and his doors were always open and a hearty welcome to God's people; to know Mr. Sult was to love him. We feel like we could never say enough for his good saintly life among us, with strong faith and unfaltering trust in his Savior. He was ready at any time to go and reap his reward, for he said the day before he died: "it would not scare me if I knew I was going to die tomorrow for I have been making preparations for that home for thirty-five years." We will miss his good prayers that we have enjoyed this long time. We will no longer hear his voice but doubtless it is mingling with those of the Heavenly Choir.
Bereaved one, your loved one has just gone over home and is waiting and looking for you to come.
