Mrs. J.L. (Maudie) Justice 75, of Boynton died Friday in a Muskogee hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Smith Funeral Chapel with Reverend Wayne Brown officiating.
Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers included: Harold Conrad, Carl Conrad, Larry Myers, Roger Myers, James Arnold Smith and Odie Smith.
Born August 18, 1899, in Huntsville, Alabama, Mrs. Justice had lived in Checotah many years until moving to Boynton a year ago. She was a member of the Boynton Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Humphrey of Checotah, Mrs. Hazel Arnett of San Springs, and Mrs. Faye Parker of Eureka, Kansas; two sons, J.C. of Sand Springs and Paul of Bristow; 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
