Television Writer and Producer. Born in Russia in 1918, as Misha Stituchkoff, to Russian parents, he moved with them to the United States in 1923. He began his career acting with his father and appearing on a WEVD radio show in New York and in several Yiddish-speaking films. During World War II he served in the United States Army, and then went back to New York to write on the radio programs, "Mr. And Mrs. North" and "The Hollywood Story." In 1960 Morris moved to Los Angeles, California, to work in film and television, and retired in 1980. Morris worked on the television shows, "Temperatures Rising" (1972-1974), "Nanny And The Professor" (1970-1971), "The Mothers-In-Law" (1967-1969), "It's About Time" (1966-1967), "F Troop" (1965-1967), "Bewitched" (1964-1972), "McHale's Navy" (1962-1966), "Perry Mason" (1957-1966), "Chico And The Man" (1974-1978), "The Andy Griffith Show" (1960-1968), and "The Flying Nun" (1967-1970). He also worked on the films, "Second Chance" (1972), "Jack And The Beanstalk" (1967), "Wild And Wonderful" (1964), and "For Love Or Money" (1963).
