Anna was the daughter of Johann Friedrick and Anna Catherina Suhrstede Siems Neuhaus. She and her siblings, August, Henry, Wilhelm, Sophie (Busekist) and Meta (Buesing) were born in Oldenburg, Germany. All came to America.

She married William Keiser Sept. 25, 1887 in Douglas county, NE. Their children were Henry August, Frieda, George, Maggie, William F., Dr. Alvin F., Elmer C., Bernice and infant daughter #12621777 (born and died Dec. 1898, buried Leigh).

..."Anna Keiser's nephew, Bill Neuhaus (son of her brother, Wilhelm) was married in Papillion the day of William and Anna's 50th Anniversary celebration. Immediately following their wedding ceremony, Bill, his bride, Arlene Fredrickson, his sisters, Marie and Helen were among the 300 guests at Keiser's celebration in Omaha."
