Thomas Patrick

Thomas Patrick, who resided with his sister, Mrs. Anna Goodrich on the old Boston farm southwest of Blair, passed away Monday afternoon at four o'clock, following an attack of heart failure from which he lived but a few hours.

He had gone to the wood yard to work and was stricken. Assistance was called and a physician hurriedly called but he was past help and died shortly afterwards.

At his death he was past fifty years of age, having been born in the New England neighborhood near Herman on Oct. 8, 1878. Here he was reared to manhood but on settling the estate of his parents he and his sister purchased the farm referred to above and have for the past few years made this their home.

He leaves to mourn his loss two sisters, Mrs. Frank Jenkins and Mrs. Anna Goodrich of Blair, and three brothers; James of Barnett, Mo; Wade of Craig; and Judson of Garbin, Minnesota.

The funeral services were held from the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank Jenkins at two o'clock p.m. Wednesday and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.
