DONALD HOVENDICK SUCCUMBS DISEASE
The dread polio disease now rampant in this county claimed Donald William Hovendick as its victim. Donald, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hovendick, passed away on Thursday of last week after an illness of only five days. Funeral services were held last Sunday afternoon at the Bendorf Funeral Home, and interment was made in Blair.
Donald, who was born June 18, 1933, leaves his parents and two younger brothers, Stanley, ten, and David, four years of age.
