Immigrated from Bohemia with his first wife, Catherine Halama, her two sisters and his mother-in-law, Antonia Halama, nee Kremlicek, and their four children, Frank, Albina, Marie, and Fred to Cleveland, Ohio in 1891. Sons Joseph and Emil were born in Cleveland, after the couple settled there. When Catherine passed away giving birth to the last child Emil, Frank married Marie Stvan nee Puic. He worked as a blacksmith in Cleveland's steel industry for many years. He moved from Cleveland to be near his daughter, Marie Hauser (later Wincik), in Kellogsville, Ohio. Born in 1867 in the village of Strizov, Bohemia, Frank died February 15, 1944 at 76 years of age.
