OBIT:R. A. Van Hoy, an employee of the Pacific Power & Light Company, was electrocuted at 1:30 p.m. today when he came in contact with a high tension wire at the substation. He clothing was burned from his body and he was terribly burned by the current.

Mr. Van Hoy was rushed to the hospital, but died on the way. No one saw the accident and it is not known how it occurred. A fellow workman heard him fall and rolled him on the ground to put out the flames.

Funeral services for Raymond Van Hoy who was electrocuted at Pasco on Wednesday afternoon, were held this afternoon from Shaw & Sons of Tieton officiating. Interment was at Tahoma Cemetery.
