Last Rites Conducted
Thursday Afternoon
For Mrs. Susan Sexton
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Susan Sexton, 91, Minden, were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Pine Grove church with the Rev. Paul Cassels and the Rev. Thurmond Spinks officiating.
She died Wednesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. V.A. Pevy. Burial was in the Pine Grove cemetery under the direction of Green-Kleinegger funeral home.
Besides Mrs. Pevy, Mrs. Sexton is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Calhoun Garland, Minden; Mrs. L.P. Sims of Jonesboro; two sons, Joe Sexton, Minden; Hill Sexton, Refugio, Texas; one sister, Mrs Laura Sexton of Shongaloo; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
