Conflict: His death certificate lists his DOD as 10 Nov 1918 and his interment as 11 Nov 1918. He died of Bright's Disease. He was the son of Charles B (Brown) Douglass and Sarah Crosby Douglass. Per the book Fairfield County Cemeteries Vol 1 pg 69: his stone was moved to Shiloh Methodist Church because of the creation of Lake Monticello for the power plant.
