Angel, born in Rhode Island, and Clara English, born in Conn.t. His correct name was Reginald Heber Angel, but he never used his first name. He died Aug. 6, 1929, at 2133-8th Street, Bremerton, Kitsap Co., Wash., aged 84 years, 11 months and 22 days. His remains were cremated and buried in Seattle, Wash., exact cemetery unknown.
Their children were: Charles W., b. 20 Mar 1855; William G., b. 15 Nov 1856; Edward J., b. 25 Aug 1858; Emily A., b. 13 Aug 1862; Clinton L., b. 1 Jun 1869; Ida, b. 26 Feb 1876; Laurence, b. Jul 1879; & George T., b. Jan 1893 (Adopted).
On Dec. 16, 1890, Heber was united in marriage to Mrs. Mary J. Hodgkin, nee Parks, at Cumberland, Barron Co., Wis. She died March 28, 1909, at Cumberland, and was buried there beside her first husband,George C. Hodgkins, in Lakeside Cemetery.

Location of Heber Angel's cremated remains are uncertain. He and several of his children and their spouses were cremated by a now defunct mortuary in Seattle. Their records are now held by Acacia Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
Heber Angel served in the 6th Michigan Cavalry under General G A Custer during the latter stages of the Civil War. His last years between 1910 and 1929 were spent living in the Retsil Veteran's home near Bremerton, WA, and with his daughter Ida Angel Swan, in Bremerton.]
