VINTON — Victoria Finn, 48, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2002, in Fairfield, Calif.
She spent her childhood in San Rafael, Calif. She moved to Vinton and attended Vinton High School from 1969 to 1972. She had lived in Fairfield for 29 years. She loved cooking and football, especially the San Francisco 49ers.
Survivors include her husband, A.D. Finn of Fairfield; one daughter, Stacey Finn of Fairfield; her stepfather, Bill Hawks of Modesto, Calif.; stepmother, Ruby Balleard of Vinton; and one brother, Jack Watson of Conroe, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Victor Watson; mother, June Hawks; and sister, Cathy White.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton.

A memorial service for Victoria Ann Finn, 47, of Fairfield will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Bryan-Braker Funeral Home. Inurnment will be private.

Mrs. Finn died Aug. 16, 2002, in Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Vallejo, following a long illness.

Born Aug. 20, 1954, in Orange, Texas, she resided in Fairfield for 29 years. She was a homemaker for 30 years, was a fabulous cook and loved cooking Cajun food. She loved football and was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan.

Mrs. Finn is survived by her husband, A.D. of Fairfield; daughter, Stacey of Fairfield; brother, Jack Watson of Conroe, Texas; stepmother, Ruby Ballard of Vinton, La.; stepfather, Bill Hawks of Modesto; nephews, William White of Stockton and Zachary White of Oakhurst.

She was preceded in death by her mother, June Tan in 1971; father, Victor Watson in 1976 and a sister, Cathy White in 1975.
