This man was my Great Great Grandfather. Family lore of his time with the Confederate Union and coming home from war were orally passed down to each upcoming generation.

In memory of a Confederate Soldier. He enlisted in the Confederate Army in Burnet County in 1862. A private in Company C of Allen's Regiment Texas Infantry (also known as Company G, Seventeenth Regiment).
