He married Szvitok Elizabetha of nearby Gezst and they moved further southwest to Orosháza, Békés, Hungary, where they had a prosperous farm and six children
He died there 24 Oct 1913, aged 84, in the 5th year of his widowhood. He is buried in the upland (northern) cemetery there, where his grave is tended to this date.
