GUYTON -- Arline Jeanette Hinely May, 87, died Aug. 2 at Moss Oaks Nursing Home.
The Effingham County native was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church. She retired from Candler Hospital, where she worked in the cafeteria.
SURVIVORS: a daughter, Doris Ard of Perryville, Md.; three sons, Emory and Marion May, both of Rincon, and James May of Guyton; two sisters, Lucille Kersey of Pooler and Gladys Morgan of Clyo; three brothers, Billy Hinely of Springfield, James Hinely of Garden City and Elton Hinely of Savannah; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel.
FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Friday at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel, burial in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park on Wheaton Street.
