Mrs. Edna Bledsoe
Services for Mrs. Edna Mae Bledsoe, 59, of Melba Route 1, who died Sunday in a Caldwell hospital will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tomorrow at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis chapel. The Rev. Don C. McBride will officiate. Interment will be in Canyon Hill.
Mrs. Bledsoe was born Aug. 16, 1904, in Pierre, S.D., and moved with her parents to Grove Springs, Mo., when she was six years of age. She was married Dec. 23, 1922, in Hartsville, Mo., to Floyd M. Bledsoe and the couple lived there until moving to Boise Valley in 1927. From 1927 until 1942, they farmed near Marsing.
They lived in the Riverside Community for five years and moved to Nampa, where they lived until 1952, when they moved to Crouch. They had lived near Melba for the past two years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Cecil of Seattle, Harold of Melba and Clifford Bledsoe of Boise; four daughters, Mrs. Juanita Travis of Wilder, Mrs. Irene of Caldwell, Mrs. Pauline Adamson of Billings, Mont., and Mrs. Freida Miller of Boise; two brothers, Roy Loucks of Marsing and Ralph Loucks of Boise; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Stilson of Boise and Mrs. Maude Bohannon of Kellogg, and 21 grandchildren.
