CHARLIE WILLARD NUNLEY
Mr. Charlie Nunley was the victim of a traffic accident in route home from work. He was employed as a machinist with AVCO, a Nashville firm which manufactures parts for the aviation industry. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was wed Sept 25, 1955 to the former Mildred Keel. Charlie was the son of the late Eugene Nunley and Mrs. Betty Dixon Nunley of McMinnville.
Besides his widow and mother, he is survived by three sons, Carl Eugene, Joe Wayne and Kenny Lee Nunley, all of McMinnville. He is also survived by a brother and three sisters, L.D. Nunley and Alda Bandy of McMinnville, Velma Hobbs of Rock Island, Elizabeth Winningham of Indianapolis, and four grandchildren.
Last rites were held in the chapel of High Funeral Home Wednesday October 8, 1986. Interment followed in Armstrong Cemetery.
