Morris J Forlow 92 Wesley Manor Retirement Home, died there at 8:45 a.m. Jan 31 2000. Mr Forlow was the co-owner and operator of Forlow Travel Bureau for 30 years and retired in 1970. He lived in Sarasota, Fl. for 20 years and returned to Frankfort in 1989.
He attended Frankfort High School and was a member of First Baptist Church. He also served as a licensed tour agent. He was born March 24 1907 in Carroll County to Jesse M and Myrtle A Wayt Forlow. He married Grace I Koonsman on June 4 1933 and she died Feb 8 1994.
He is survived by a son John K of Oceanside Calif; a daughter Mrs Virgil(Janice) Humphrey of Frankfort; six grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren. and 10 greatgrandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the manor's Amanda Reid Chapel with the Rev. Gary Allan, the Rev Don Weaver and the Rev. Steve Beasley officiating. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday at Frye & Genda Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the chapel.
Memorials may be made to the church or the manor's Good Samaritan Fund.
