FINAL RITES FOR MRS. HOCKENSMITH ARE HELD TODAY
Funeral services were held this morning for MRS. ANN BARNHART HOCKENSMITH, 85, widow of William H. Hockensmith, who died last Saturday at the home of her son, David Hockensmith, East Berlin, from the infirmities of age.
Following services at the house, further services were conducted at Grindstone Hill Union church, near Chambersburg, the Rev. H. D. Houtz, East Berlin, officiating. Interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church.
Mrs. Hockensmith is survived by three sons, Milton M. Hockensmith, Waynesboro; Thomas D. Hockensmith, Orrtanna, and David, with whom she resided; a sister, Mrs. Jacob Witmer, Los Angeles, Cal.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
