Daughter of American Patriot, John Supler, and Rachel Kirk. She married Benjamin Elliott abt 1800. They had at least 13 children:

Benjamin Elliotts Will

The last Will of me Benjamin Elliott of Marlboro Stark County Ohio . Being of sound mind at the time of making and establishing this my last will and testament - I give and devise unto my wife Susannah Elliott One third of my estate also a lease for her natural life of the house now occupied by myself and also of the lot belonging there to Also I give and devise unto my Son Benjamin Elliott the sum of one hundred dollars. Also I give and devise unto my son Isaac K. Elliott, the sum of two hundred dollars Also I give and devise unto my son Wilkinson Elliott, the sum of Two hundred dollars. Also I give and devise unto my son Johanathan Elliott Ten acres of land upon which he now resides also I give and devise unto my Daughter Susannah Rosel the sum of Two hundred dollars. Also I give and devise unto my Daughter Rachel Vansayos the sum of Two hundred dollars. Also I give and devise unto my Daughter Ann S. Elliott, the sum of Two hundred Dollars. Also I give and devise unto Hope Elliott the Wife of my son Absalum Elliott (Deceased) a lease of the thirty two acres of land on which she now resides In Union County, Ohio For the term of Five years from the date of this Will providing she remains a widow. At the expiration of which time, I will that the land be sold and devided equaly betwene the said Hope Elliott and the heirs of my son, Absalum (Elliott Deceased) each having one share. If said Hope Elliott marries before the Five years expires I will that the land be sold and devided Imediatly after she marries. After the necesary expences for Funeral and for the setlement of my estate Whatever remains I will that it be equally devided betwene my Heirs Except Absalum Elliott (Deceased). I also Will that no Letters of Administration be taken from court for the settlement of my Estate. But I will that the Executors of my will herein named have the power and I hereby give them the power to sell and to give Deeds the same as I myself could give while living. I hereby will and appoint Isaac K. Elliott and David Savage as my Executors. Also I will that as my money becomes due and comes into the hands of any Executor that they pay it out to the heirs according to the proportion of their shares. And hereby revoke all former wills by me made previous to this date.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second of April in the year Eighteen hundred Fifty eight.

On the twenty Eighth day of September in the year one thousand Eight hundred and fifty nine the last Will and testament of Benjamin Elliott deceased was brought into Probate Court within and for the County of Stark and State of Ohio and Edward Savage one of the subscribing witnesses to said Will came before the Court and being first duly affirmed did depose and say that said testator subscribed said Will at the end thereof and in the presence of said witness: that he attested and subscribed the same as witness in the presence of said testator and at his request: and that said testator at the time of executing said will was of full age, of sound mind, and memory: and not under any restraint and further by the testimony of the said Edward Savage is affirms that the signature of john Pennock, the other subscribing witness to said Will ws the genuine signature of the said Pennock [now decs]. All which testimony was by the Court reduced to writing and files and it appeares that said Will was duly executed - attestes and proves as aforesaid the same was admitted to Probate -
