EAFRATI, Adelene "Tillie," 86, of Weirton, W.Va., passed away Tuesday August 16, 2011 at the Weirton Medical Center.
She was born in Wellsville, Ohio on September 12, 1924, the daughter of the late Ralph and Pelma Marie Pass Buracchio.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bernard "Ducksie" Eafrati on March 4, 2007, and her four sisters and five brothers.
Tillie was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church & also a member of American Legion Post No.10 Auxilliary.
Surviving are her children, Susan Rocchio (Alfred), Linda Knox (late Stanley), Anthony Eafrati (Janie), all of Weirton, and Joseph Eafrati (Robin) of Medina, Ohio; nine grand children and 13 great grand children.
Visitation will be at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, Inc., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be at St. Paul Church on Friday at 10 a.m. with the Reverend Larry Dorsch as the celebrant. Entombment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.
