ALLEN RITES HELD IN OMAHA
Graveside services for a former Blairite, E. Ray Allen, 67, of Chicago , were held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha Friday.
Mr. Allen started his business career selling insurance for an Omaha firm in the Blair area. He went to Chicago in 1923, joining an investment firm. In 1951 he opened his own investment and banking company. Survivors include his wife, Joyce H.; daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Jean Russek of North Hollywood, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth McComb of Oakland, Calif., and Mrs. Margaret Lorenzen of Omaha; and one grandchild, Miss Suzette Lynn Russek of North Hollywood.
