Hickey--Mrs. W. H. (Laura Additine Shearer), 64, passed away at her residence on the old Ringgold Road early Friday afternoon (Feb 15, 1935). Surviving are eight sons, Fred, Walter, Jess, Brosier, William, John, Carl, and Dr. Homer Hickey; four daughters, Mrs. David (Zadie) England, Maryville, TN; Mrs. John (Cora) England, Wetmore, TN; Mrs. Joe (May Belle) Burney and Mrs. Oliver (Roxie) Suit, of Chattanooga; four sisters, Mrs. Spencer (Florence) Tilson, Birmingham, Ala; Mrs. David (Zilphia) Hamby, Patrick, NC; Mrs. Buck (Norma) Miller, Kalamazoo, Michigan; Mrs. Henry (Lydia) Hamby, Ducktown, TN. Funeral services will be held from Coulter's chapel at 3:15 o'clock Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. C. G. Hounshell officiating. Interment in Forest Hills cemetery. Sons of the deceased will serve as pallbearers. Coulter's in charge.
