Charles Kramer, age about 23, committed suicide this morning at the home of his father in the NE part of the township, 4 miles NW of Mt. Ida by taking carbolic acid.
He was the oldest son of George Kramer and wife and less than two weeks ago married Alma Saintabin.
No motive for the act is given. He was born Nov 1, 1885, the oldest son of George Kramers. He died Aug 12 age 23y 9m 11d. He leaves the wife, parents, 5 brothers and 4 sisters. He moved with his parents from Coffey Co about eight years ago to McCabe area.
His funeral was held in Cherry Mound church 10 am Aug 14th interment in Cherry Mound cemetery.
