To his son Joseph one-third of the land near John Barnes; one acre of salt meadow called Sackett's meadow; one-half of the Cove meadow.
To his son Giles, all land and meadows not given above, with the buildings, and he paying to his sister, Mary Ives, 3 pounds and 10 shillings.
To his son Richard all lands, meadows and buildings given to his step-mother during life and paying to his sister, Mary Ives, 3 pounds and 10 shillings.
To his daughter, Mary Ives, 17 pounds, also the 24 pounds advanced at her marriage, and the 7 pounds paid by her brothers.
