Mrs. Alice Mixson Bishop, 90, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Perry Priester, last night after an extended illness.
Funeral services were held at Sandy Run Baptist Church with burial at the Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Bishop was born in Hampton County February 25, 1866, daughter of the late William and Cynthia Dowling Mixson.
Surviving are four daughters; Mrs. Ellie Thomas, Mrs. Rube Corbin, Mrs. Perry Priester of Hampton and Mrs. Mae Fennell of North Charleston; 23 grandchildren, 90 great grandchildren and 24 Great-great grandchildren.
