BULLARD—Services for Kate Helen Alford, 85, Bullard, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Memorial Chapel at Boren-Conner, Bullard, with Sam Alford officiating.
Burial will be in Bullard Cemetery, Bullard.
Mrs. Alford died Dec. 14, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 12, 1922, in Cherokee County, and was a lifelong resident of the Bullard area. She was a lifetime member of the Bullard First Assembly of God Church and was formerly employed at Tyler Pipe Industries.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Alford; daughter, Dollie Louise Jonas; two sons, Thomas Lee Alford and Raymond Ray Alford.
Survivors include sons, Lavon Alford and Gary Alford, both of Frankston, and Joe Alford, Bullard; daughters, Diane Cromer and Margie Covey, both of Bullard; sister, Bonnie Harris, Flynn; 15 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
