LaTresa Marie Egan Imus, 46, formerly of Idaho Falls, passed away at her home in Bountiful, UT. "Teece: was born in Rigby to Virgil B. Egan and Ida LaRae Wages. She was eagerly welcomed by a sister (LaHoma) and three brothers (Marshall, Robert and Gordon)and grew up on the family farm. She attended schools in the Ucon area and graduated from Bonneville High School. She continued her education in nursing, training at Eastern Idaho Technical College and worked at Riverview Hospital in Idaho Falls. After moving to Salt Lake City she worked at University of Utah Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital for 18 years and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Regis University. She loved her nursing career and many benefited from her specialized care. On July 27, 2007, she married Austin Imus in Las Vegas, Nevada. They shared their home in Bountiful with their dogs Maggie, Ahushe and Kona. At the time of her death, she was working as a registered nurse at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City. She was also teaching a class at Westminster College and working on a Master's Degree in nursing education. She was to graduate in May and had received an Honor's pin in Education. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, gardening, target shooting, reading, painting, and traveling. She and Austin enjoyed travel and spending time on their boat at Lake Powell. Many family get-togethers were orchestrated by LaTresa. She doted on her nephews and nieces and became a mentor to them as they grew older.

Husband: Austin of Bountiful, UT; Mother: Ida LaRae Egan of Idaho Falls; Siblings: LaHoma (DeeLynn) Housley, Marshall (Annette) Egan, Robert (Debbie) Egan, and Gordon (Lana) Egan, all of Idaho Falls.

She was preceded by her father. Funeral Services held Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Ririe Clark Shelton Ward, 198 N 4300 East, Bishop Danny Ferguson officiating. Burial was in Ririe-Shelton Cemetery .
