Glenna Kay Reynolds Butler, 63, of Olive Hill, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011, in the King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.

She was born on June 2, 1948, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Davis and Lennie Trent Reynolds.

Ms. Butler was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, attending family gatherings, reading, quilting, gardening, traveling, woodworking and building bird houses.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Glennis ("Penny") Reynolds and two sisters, Bertha Fay Reynolds Purnell and Linda Mae Conn.

Survivors include five sons, Jeffrey (Donna) Butler of Olive Hill, Frankie (Jill Moore) Butler of Morehead, Allen (Christine) Butler, Daniel Butler and Brian (Jessica) Butler all of Olive Hill, two daughters, Melissa Butler of Olive Hill and Linda (Terry) McKinney of Morehead, her companion, Plummer "Bud" Barricks of Olive Hill, three brothers, Jimmy Reynolds of Rush, Tommy Reynolds of Olive Hill and Bob Reynolds of Morehead, four sisters, Joyce Conn, Gracie DeHart and Pam Kissinger all of Morehead and Patty Mabry of Olive Hill, fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, special niece, Gina Purnell of Morehead and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2011, in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home with Brother Austin Carter and Brother Victor Mabry officiating.

Burial will follow in the Barricks Cemetery.

Visitation is after 6:00 p.m. Thursday and anytime Friday.

Pallbearers will be her sons and Terry McKinney.
