Raymond Barker Jr., 40, of Syracuse, went fishing about 6:30 a.m. in Wyland Lake and a kayaker found Barker's boat empty and its trolling motor still running about 2 p.m., according to a report from the Department of Natural Resources.
The DNR said the cause and manner of death are unknown at this time and will be available after autopsy and toxicology results come back, according to the report.
