Canadian politician. Born in the canton of Ascot (Québec), on December 8, 1811. He studied Law and did his training in Sherbrooke. He was admitted to the bar in May 1835 and opened his practice in Stanstead in 1836. He was elected representative for the district of Stanstead in 1851. He was listed as a moderate.
