Jesse Cullen ''JJ'' Barrow Jr., 63, died May 16 at Candler Hospital.

He was born in Glennville and lived in Savannah most of his life. He attended Commercial High School in Savannah. He had served in the Coast Guard Reserves and was owner of J.J. and Sons Paint and Body Shop since 1974.

SURVIVORS: his wife, Shirley Kerby Barrow of Savannah; a daughter, Rhonda K. Jones of Ellabell; four sons, Randy and Lendy Barrow, both of Savannah, Dennis Barrow of Bloomingdale and Bennie Barrow of Ellabell; a brother, Bobby Barrow of Ellabell; two sisters, Dot Mock of Savannah and Becky Stewart of Rincon; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel.

FUNERAL: 1 p.m. Friday at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel, burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
