Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. His true name was Henry Fey. He was reinterred from Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA in April 1891. He served as a Private in the Union Army in Company H, 8th New York Cavalry. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for action on March 2, 1865 at Waynesboro, Virginia.
