She was born November 17, 1925 in Prince William County, daughter of the late Washburn R. Arrington and Alice Vaughan Arrington.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ezelle F. Williams.
She is survived by her son, Lloyd F. Williams and his wife, Diane of Leon; her daughter, Myra W. Ellrich and her husband, William of Durham, Maine; two grandchildren, Jason L. Williams and Jennifer Williams of Richmond, and one sister.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 12 to 1 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, Va. with a graveside service to follow in Culpeper National Cemetery. Reverend Christine Hawkins will be officiating.
