The daughter of Charles Beane and Lilly M. Taylor. Elsie married Edward Michael G. Anderson on 13 Sep 1925 in Biddeford, York County, Maine. Elsie and Edward had the following children: Edward, Patricia, Paul, and Samuel.

Elsie lived with her family in Palmer and Monson for many years.

At the time of her death, Elsie, 62, was living at Stebbins Road, Monson. Elsie died in Wesson Memorial Hospital, Springfield.

The obituary lists the following survivors: two sons, Edward and Paul of Monson; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Fontaine of Palmer; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Soucy in New Jersey, and Mrs. Alice Ball of Daytona Beach, Florida; and two stepbrothers, Max Brandt of Palmer and Carl Brandt of Saco, Maine.

Palmer Funeral Service was in charge. Burial was in St. Thomas Cemetery, Palmer.
