WAYNESBORO, Pa. -- Christina Marie Brown (Chrissy Bopp), 43, formerly of Troy, died suddenly Thursday, August 5, 2004 at her home. Born in Albany, she was the beloved daughter of LeRoy and Patricia Eisenhauer Newcomb of Toms River, N.J. Christina was a graduate of St. James Institute in Albany and Ichabod Crane High School in Valatie. She has worked as a LPN in Albany and Troy for over 20 years. She moved to Waynesboro, Pa. several months ago.

Survivors in addition to her parents include a daughter, Tiffany Bopp of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Theresa McGuire of Bayville, N.J., Lori Brown-Hutzell of Waynesboro, Pa. and Wendy Newcomb of Toms River, N.J.; a step-sister, Penny Sabourin of Cornwall, Ont., Canada; three grandchildren, Trenton, Evante and Ashanti; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:00 a.m. Saturday in St. James Church, 391 Delaware Avenue, Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may also join the family at a gathering in the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Avenue, Albany on Friday from 6-8 p.m. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.

She was known to her classmates as Chrissy Newcomb.
