Manuel de Falla
Birth: Nov. 23, 1876, Spain
Death: Nov. 14, 1946, Argentina

Composer, Musician. One of the most important composers of the Twenty Century. He is remembered for his works "La Vida Breve," "Noches en los Jardines de España," "El Sombrero de Tres Picos," and "El Retablo de Maese Pedro." He was forced to exile after the Spanish Civil War and lived in Argentina. His oratorio "La Atlántida" was left unfinished. (bio by: José L Bernabé Tronchoni)
