Chris worked for Cherry Creek School district for twenty-one years; she was honored in 1964 when the High School Year Book, The Patriot, was dedicated to her.
In 1984 she was denoted "Arapahoe County Democrat of the Year."
Christina (Chris) Woolford died at her home in Aurora July 8, 2011, leaving four children: Martin, Aurora: Sherry (Ken) Brink, Parker; Mike (Reva), Centennial; And Jack (Vicki), Colorado Springs as well as thirteen Grandchildren, and thirty great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest, daughter, Pat Callahan, and four grandchildren.
Viewing will be July 13, 2011 from 2:00 to 6:00pm.
Services will be held at Fairmount, Quebec and Alameda on July 14, 2011 at 10:00am.

Christina & Forrest are buried in a beautiful area of Fairmount, near the windchimes in the southeast quarter of the cemetery, with a clear view of the Rocky Mountains in the distance.
