Glen D. Peeler, 60, resident of Fort Worth and former resident of Olney was co-owner of the Peeler Brothers oil Brokerage Company in Fort Worth. Glen Davis Peeler leased land from Charles Richardson of Olney as the location for his refinery in the famous Swastika Field. Peeler Brothers were Glen D Peeler and Raymond M Peeler. At the time of his death, he was inspecting several Fisher County oil wells in which his firm Peeler Brothers had an interest. Services were held in the First Baptist Church in Breckenridge.
Survived by three brothers - Raymond, Claude, and Dan Peeler; his mother - Mrs. Minnie Peeler.
